What do I need for the snowboard course?
You will need warm winter clothing, gloves, ski goggles and a helmet. If you don't have your own snowboard and boots, you can rent them from us. This way you will be perfectly equipped to hit the slopes at the KitzSki ski resort in the KitzbĂĽhel Alps!

When does the snowboard course take place?
Our courses start daily at 10 a.m. and last 4 hours on 3 days. From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. This way you have enough time to learn the basics and gain your first experiences on the snowboard. Please come a little earlier so that we can start on time.

Is the ski pass included in the price of the course?
The ski pass is not included in the price of the course. However, beginners do not need a ski pass, as we have conveyor belts and a free practice lift that are sufficient for the first steps.

How big are the groups in the snowboard lessons?
Our courses take place in small groups of 3 to 6 people. This enables personal support and rapid progress. You benefit from individual support and can develop optimally.

Where do we meet for the snowboard lessons?
The meeting point for the courses is the Snow Experts office in Mittersill at Pass Thurn. It's best to arrive a few minutes early so that we can start on time and you have enough time to check your equipment.

Can I cancel the snowboard course?
Yes, you can cancel the snowboard course. You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 7 days before the start of the course, 50% if you cancel between 6 days and 1 day before, and no refund on the first day of the course. If you present a medical certificate from a local doctor, you will receive a 100% refund. You can find further details in our terms and conditions. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Organization of the snowboard groups at the Snow Experts
S1 - Beginners Perfect for anyone who has never been on a snowboard before. You will learn the basics such as gliding, braking and simple turns. The aim is to be able to ride safely on easy slopes. Practice area S2 - Intermediate This group is for those who already have some experience and want to improve their skills on blue slopes. You will learn how to ski safely and refine your technique. Blue run S3 - Intermediate level For snowboarders who want to master red slopes. You will work on your technique, learn to make more dynamic turns and become more confident in different snow conditions. Blue run S4 - Advanced This is the right place for you if you can ski red slopes. You will perfect your technique, work on your drift turns and learn to move safely and in control, even on steep terrain. Red run S5 - Experts You can handle all the slopes and want to learn new tricks and techniques. In this group, advanced techniques, jumps and tricks in the fun park are on the program. Red run S6 - Snow Experts For the absolute pros! This is all about freestyle and freeride. You will learn challenging tricks in the fun park and explore untouched powder slopes with our experienced guides. Black run
