Grouping for children's ski courses

Green K1 - Beginners | For the tiniest racers, who are either just starting out or have been on skies for only 1-2 days. Here, the kids will learn the basics in a fun and playful way. | Practice area |
Yellow K2 - Intermediate | For the little snowplough experts who can already make their first turns in easy terrain. Maybe they have already taken a few turns on the conveyor belt or drag lift. | Blue slope |
Light blue K3 - Intermediate level | For the more adventurous children who can safely brake and turn on easy blue slopes. The conveyor belt and drag lift are no longer a problem and maybe they can even take the chairlift up the mountain. | Blue slope |

How are the groups in our courses organized?
The groups are organized according to the abilities and experience of the participants. There are groups for beginners, advanced learners and experts.

Can I change groups if I don't feel comfortable?
Yes, you can change groups after consulting your ski instructor if you don't feel comfortable in your current group. Or if you feel that another group is better suited to your ability.

What information do I need to provide about my driving skills in order to be placed in the right group?
Be honest about your skiing experience and ability. This will help us to find the right group for you and maximize your learning progress.

How big are the groups in the ski courses?
The group size varies, but is usually between 6 and 10 participants to ensure individual support and effective learning.

Are the groups organized by age or just by ability?
As a rule, the groups are organized primarily according to ability. However, there are special children's and adult groups to meet different needs.

What happens if I join a group that is too advanced for me as a beginner?
Our ski instructors ensure that each participant is placed in the right group. However, should this not be the case, a change will be organized to ensure optimal learning progress.

What happens if I can't attend on a particular day?
Inform your ski instructor as early as possible. If you are absent for a longer period of time, you may be re-assigned to a different group when you return.
