General Terms and Conditions

All offers are non-binding and subject to change. We expressly reserve the right to modify, supplement or delete parts of the website or the entire content without separate announcement.

Should a group shrink to fewer than 4 participants, we reserve the right to combine it with another group or to shorten the teaching time. The maximum group size is 10 persons. Due to our flexible organization, there may be multiple teacher changes.

Please note that we do not accept any liability for accidents that occur during or before the ski course. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the participants.

Refunds for injury or illness will only be made upon presentation of a medical certificate from a local doctor. In this case, only the unused days will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

No refunds will be given for courses canceled due to inclement weather (force majeure). Private lessons will take place regardless of the weather. The course ticket is non-transferrable and days not used will be forfeited.

The ski pass is not included in the course price. No compensation will be provided for lessons missed due to cable car or lift breakdowns.

You can conveniently pay by credit card (Mastercard and Visa) or EC Maestro card at our office.

Credit card payments for the ski school are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). TREKKSOFT appears on your credit card statement as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT. Please email support@payyo.ch if you have any questions about your credit card payment or chargebacks.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance in any case!

Snow Experts accepts no liability whatsoever for the timeliness, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. Claims for damages against Snow Experts relating to material or non-material losses caused by the use or non-use of the information provided, or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information, are generally excluded, unless there is evidence of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the author.

All offers are subject to change and non-binding. Snow Experts expressly reserves the right to amend, supplement or delete parts of the website or the entire offering without prior notice, or to suspend publication temporarily or permanently.

The place of performance is the registered office of the ski school/ski rental. The court of competent jurisdiction at the registered office of the ski school's/ski rental's head office is responsible for disputes. Austrian law applies. The contract language is German.

In the case of direct or indirect references to external websites (‘links’) that lie outside Snow Expert’s sphere of responsibility, liability would only arise in the event that Snow Expert is aware of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable for it to prevent access to such content should it be unlawful.

Snow Expert hereby expressly declares that, at the time the links were created, no illegal content was discernible on the linked pages. Snow Expert has no influence whatsoever over the current or future design, content or authorship of the linked pages. It therefore hereby expressly distances itself from all content on any linked pages that has been altered since the link was established. This statement applies to all links and references within Snow Experts’ own website, as well as to third-party entries in guestbooks, discussion forums and mailing lists set up by Snow Experts.

Liability for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content – and in particular for any damage arising from the use or non-use of such information – lies solely with the provider of the page to which reference is made, and not with the party who merely refers to the relevant publication via links.

Snow Experts endeavours to observe the copyright of the graphics, audio files, video clips and texts used in all its publications; to use graphics, audio files, video clips and texts created by itself; or to make use of royalty-free graphics, audio files, video clips and texts.

Each renter is liable for the proper return of the equipment up to the retail value of the rented products. The rental company is entitled to demand a security in the form of a deposit of an identification document (passport, ID card, driver's license) or a deposit. The deposit of a security deposit does not constitute a possible purchase price for the equipment.
