Important notes for your order
If a group decreases in size to less than 4 participants, we reserve the right to combine them or shorten the number of lessons. Maximum group size is 10 people. Multiple changes of teachers possible due to flexible organization.
We decline any liability for accidents occurring during or before the ski lessons. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the course participants.Price refund due to injury or illness only with medical confirmation from the local doctor. Only unused days (difference) will be refunded. Course cancellations due to weather conditions (force majeure) will not be refunded. Private courses take place in all weather conditions. The course ticket is not transferable! Unused course days will be forfeited!
Booking and reservations of ski & snowboard courses
The ski course fee does not include the use of the lift facilities. The ski school does not compensate for lessons cancelled due to breakdowns of the cable car and lift facilities.
Payment
You can pay in the office with your credit card (Mastercard and Visa) or EC-Maestro-Card.
Cancellation policy
A: Cancellation up to 7 days prior to course start/rental - 100% refund
B: 6 to 1 days prior to course start/rental - 50% refund
C: on course day/rental day - no refund
D: Upon presentation of a medical certificate from a local doctor in case of illness/accident etc100% refundWe recommend in any case to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
Content of the online offer

The place of performance is the central place of establishment of the ski school/ski rental shop. For disputes, the competent court at the central branch of the ski school/ski rental shop is responsible. Austrian law shall apply. The contractual language is German.

Rental and reservation of ski and snowboard equipment
Each renter is liable for proper return of the equipment up to the amount of the retail value of the rented products. The Lessor is entitled to require a security in the form of depositing a document (passport, ID card, driver's license) or even a deposit. The deposit of a security does not count as a possible purchase price for the equipment.
