This cosy holiday apartment is located on a working farm in Mittersill and offers you the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday in any season. In summer the surrounding mountains are ideal for hiking and biking, while in winter the proximity to the KitzSki area is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. After an active day you can relax on the balcony and enjoy the magnificent views.

Size: 75 m², suitable for up to 5 people
Bedrooms: 2 cozy bedrooms, each with double box spring beds (can also be used as 4 single beds) and TV
Living area: open-plan living/dining area with sofa bed, TV and dining table
Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
Bathroom: bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a separate toilet.
Outdoor area: balcony with seating, parking space available
Extras: Wi-Fi, cot, high chair, all doors and windows are equipped with pollen protection screens and child safety locks
Other: non-smoking, no pets, charging of electric cars not possible
