- Bedrooms: 2 cozy bedrooms, each with double box spring beds (can also be used as 4 single beds) and TV
- Living area: open-plan living/dining area with sofa bed, TV and dining table
- Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
- Bathroom: bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a separate toilet.
- Outdoor area: balcony with seating, private terrace, parking space available
- Extras: Wi-Fi, cot, high chair, all doors and windows are equipped with pollen protection screens and child safety locks
- Other: non-smoking, no pets, charging of electric cars not possible
